A construction management contract provides owners the ability to begin a project before design documents are complete. This supports ongoing value engineering, which allows us to adjust the project scope to meet your budget prior to construction commencement. The benefit – change orders during construction are drastically reduced, which protects project timelines and budgets . VPAC also acts on the clients behalf to oversee and supervise the construction process from pre-construction through to project completion. Our team is responsible for leading, facilitating, and coordinating the entire process between consultants, sub-trades, and suppliers.
VPAC collaborates with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure that any project is designed and built to meet the clients vision and expectations. We have vast experience working with pre-determined teams on design-assist, or assembling teams from our roster of industry partners and consultants for complete design-build projects.
As general contractors, VPAC prepares detailed estimates and fixed tenders that are aligned with architectural design drawings and consultant specifications. VPAC embraces fixed tender opportunities and will enter into stipulated lump sum contracts. We are responsible for delivering clients contruction projects for the agreed upon fixed cost and timeline.
