Pre-Construction Construction Management

Crofton Manor offers a complete continuum of care, with 100 independent living suites and 87 suites dedicated to complex care including light to moderate memory care. Amenities provided at Crofton Manor include a cafe area, private dining room, pharmacy and hearing aid clinic, multipurpose recreational and lounge area, two exercise rooms, theatre, chapel, library, beauty and aesthetics salon, tuck shop, storage lockers, and underground parking for residents and guests. As the General Contractor, VPAC was responsible for delivering pre-construction and construction management services for the interior upgrades including all suites, common areas, dining and amenities; exterior envelope upgrades including siding, windows and doors; landscaping; and, sprinkler upgrades.
