Pre-Construction Construction Management

This tenant improvement project started as a base shell and was redeveloped to follow corporate franchise guidelines for The Bar Method Fitness Group. While keeping the heritage characteristics of the building, we created two new shower rooms and a redesigned studio space that includes a cushioned carpet floor, oversized mirrors, and new lighting. Custom textured wallpaper and a retail wall selling Bar Method merchandise greet you in the storefront reception area.
