Reliance Properties contracted VPAC to manage the construction of their latest multi-family presentation centre on East Broadway in Vancouver. Allowing future homeowners to view sample suite layouts and select finishes and features, the presentation centre was designed to create an engaging sales environment that reflected the lifestyle and aesthetics of their new community. To achieve this, the presentation centre interior renovation included an upgraded reception, café area, project platform space, meeting room, culture wall, community wall, screen wall, team wall, office and washrooms.
