With over 25 years of construction experience, Ben’s personable leadership style and collaborative approach have resulted in the success of projects throughout Western Canada. By combining his expert technical knowledge with business and management acumen, he excels at assembling and empowering talented teams of professionals that drive innovation and the success of our clients. As owner of VPAC, Ben is responsible for fostering client relationships, ensuring appropriate consultants are hired and project team’s performance meets client expectations.

Warren fosters our client relationships and is their day-to-day contact on projects. With over 25 years of construction experience, he also takes care of our special projects including project management and overall project delivery. His invaluable insight into every phase of a project helps to accurately establish project scope, budgets and schedules, and his combination of experience and expertise gives our clients the critical ability to implement ongoing value engineering throughout a project’s life cycle.  

Brady Irwin

VICE PRESIDENT - project development

As our business development lead, Brady’s experience in relationship building spans several market sectors and industries. Along with fostering long-term relationships and finding innovative solutions for our clients, his industry insight and market knowledge makes him a pillar of our team.

Brady is an experienced professional with over eight years of expertise in managing business development and preconstruction for general contractors in the Lower Mainland. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Iowa State University and developed a passion for the construction industry at a young age. Brady excels at understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions that ensure successful project outcomes.

Nathan Kalenuik

VICE president of construction

Nathan is one of the top construction professionals in the province with over 25 years of construction experience. During his time at VPAC, Nathan has successfully executed numerous technically challenging projects in various sectors, including commercial, higher education, seniors’ living, offices, and manufacturing facilities. He is a Certified Energy Manager with the Association of Energy Engineers and can help projects meet their sustainability goals. Nathan is also adept at sequencing tenant improvements in a live environment while paying the utmost attention to the clients’ and customers’ needs.
