Pre-Construction Construction Management

The Watermark is a senior’s condominium complex adjoined to Amica at West Vancouver – a boutique-style rental retirement residence. This luxury four-story concrete structure is designed as an upscale approach to retirement downsizing while enjoying all of the amenities offered by Amica. The building includes 13 private retirement homes, ranging in size from 1,400 sq. ft. to 2,280 sq. ft., and two levels of underground parking. As the General Contractor, VPAC was responsible for delivering pre-construction and construction management services for this facility.
