The building contains 96 suites that include studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom units. Amenities provided at Arbutus Manor include a cafeteria, public and private dining rooms, multi-purpose recreational and lounge area, library, wellness health clinic, beauty and aesthetics salon, and parking for residents and guests. As the General Contractor, VPAC was responsible for delivering pre-construction and construction management services for this facility.
