CareRx

VPAC Construction transformed an existing office space in Burnaby’s Imperial Square into an 17,000 sq. ft. office and distribution facility for CareRx, Canada’s leading provider of specialty pharmacy services. The design-build project included demolition, electrical and mechanical upgrades, new partitions, ceilings, and millwork. Key features include a high-security narcotics room with steel mesh and an advanced security system, extensive shelving for order fulfillment, and dedicated workspaces, offices, meeting rooms, and a staff kitchenette. VPAC collaborated closely with the City of Burnaby and the landlord to keep the project on track, ultimately delivering the space four weeks ahead of schedule.
