Coquitlam College

The Coquitlam College tenant improvement project was a 71,000 sq. ft., multi-floor renovation of existing office spaces located within the Broadway Tech Centre in Vancouver. A brand-new campus for the college, the space boasts three storeys of cutting-edge facilities, including numerous classrooms and computer labs, dynamic dry and wet labs, administrative offices, a gymnasium, library, and more. The campus also features two seamlessly interconnecting staircases for optimal flow and a three-storey scissor stair exit staircase. Our committed project team navigated an ambitious four-month construction schedule using multiple shifts operating day and night, as well as an on-site workforce of up to 200 people at peak periods.
