Pre-Construction & Construction Management

VPAC was contracted to renovate Destination BC's current office, consisting of 20,000 square feet across two non-adjacent floors, while allowing groups of their employees to continue working in the space during construction. Goals for the renovation were to optimize operational effectiveness, business productivity, organization culture and employee engagement. To accomplish this, we installed new electrical and mechanical systems (including sprinklers), glazing, carpeting, and paint, creating new offices and boardrooms, a staff kitchen, and a comfortable lounge area.
