All while keeping the total project costs within the tenant improvement allowance. DSV’s new Vancouver headquarters consists of the renovation of 7,694 sq. ft. office space in Downtown Vancouver. The specialized scope of work completed for this project included construction of new offices, open work areas, kitchen, lunch room, IT and copy area, huddle room, staff lounge, boardroom, phone booth, and reception areas. To meet DSV’s specific operational needs, our design-build expertise ensured that every aspect of the project was managed internally, creating a solutions-driven result for them to provide and manage supply chains for thousands of companies every day.
