As North America’s largest retail travel agency franchise, Expedia CruiseShipCenters’ international headquarters is located in Vancouver and is home to a Corporate Support Team of over 100 staff. VPAC was retained to help achieve Expedia CruiseShipCenters’ objective to expand its office space to accommodate its 33% growth over the next five years. The new headquarters includes a call centre/reception, workstations, boardrooms, training room, library, and kitchen and lounge facilities. VPAC was responsible for delivering pre-construction and construction management services for this tenant improvement project.
