VPAC designed and built the B-Corp certified company’s second physical location in Vancouver—a 1,900 sq. ft. retail unit featuring floor-to-ceiling storefront windows and a 20' open ceiling. Full demolition of the previous tenant’s space was necessary before preparing it for Kotn. The scope of work included new flooring, washrooms, an 11' high drywall partition to separate the front and back-of-house areas, pendant lighting suspended from the ceiling, two floating millwork retail counters, as well as a metal frame and ceiling-mounted fitting rooms with 16' high curtains, providing an industrial look.
