Voted Burnaby’s favourite retirement residence in 2018, it features a Sky Lounge, theatre, and a Pub Lounge. As the General Contractor, VPAC was responsible for delivering pre-construction and construction management services for the upgrades to the retirement residence's suites, hydro, sprinklers, wi-fi, and bus-loop.
