Pre-Construction & Construction Management

The ROBINSON Lighting & Bath Showroom project is a two-story tenant improvement project on the Granville corridor, converting an old boutique into a state of the art showroom for high end lighting and plumbing fixtures. The construction scope of work included a Micro Topping concrete flooring, extensive display millwork, re-finishing of the building exterior and installation of new exterior windows, architectural and display lighting, and an office buildout on the mezzanine level. The showroom features a unique, fully-operational shower display feature, demountable wall panels for lighting display, stone reception desk and client tables, and a light lab boardroom area designed to host instructional classes on lighting.
