Construction Management

Established in the 1980s, the Simon Fraser University campus in downtown Vancouver has more than 10,000 graduate and undergraduate student enrollments. VPAC was engaged to renovate the Harbour Centre Labatt Hall lecture theatre. This upgrade included replacing the ceiling and walls with better acoustic material, installing new floor finishes, expanding the entry and storage areas, restoring the projection room, and installing enhanced seating and presentation furniture. Mechanical and electrical upgrades were also completed, including fire protection, strip lighting, and an enhanced audio visual system.
