Victoria’s only waterfront senior living residence, Amica Somerset offers independent and assisted living options in a four-storey building. VPAC has been working on the property of a number of years and recently completed a full renovation of the common areas, dining room, library, conservatory, bar, staff and resident kitchens. VPAC successfully completed the tenant improvement project in multiple phases while maintaining full occupancy in the facility.
