We assisted Corvus in assessing the best site for their needs, prior to lease negotiations, provided high-level floorplan options based on their operational requirements, and estimating preliminary budgets to provide a total cost per sq. ft. and dollar value. This specialized design-build project will be completed with interior renovations, including demolition, construction of new walls and doors, new interior finishes, new millwork, and electrical.
