Nexii is an innovative and sustainable whole building solution that enables the rapid assembly of high-quality building structures. This whole building solution is made possible by the proprietary and patented material Nexiite and the Nexii design and assembly process. Together they enable the construction of cost-efficient buildings that are both sustainable and resilient. Nexii’s new manufacturing facility in Squamish consists of the renovation of a large warehouse and office space. The specialized scope of work we completed for them included both the interior and exterior, including demolishing and rebuilding the office interior and main office spaces, a general refresh of other spaces within the facility, drywall, HVAC, painting, flooring, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, interior glazing walls, and a new main entrance. The warehouse scope of work consists of painting and extensive equipment installations and upgrades and the exterior received repair to damaged surface, complete repainting, landscaping, and lighting.
