VPAC Construction completed a full-floor office renovation for Ansys, transforming a shell space into a modern and functional workplace in just four months. The project included boardrooms, open workstations, private offices, lounges, a wellness room, phone booths, and a large flex room with a custom-fabricated, fully soundproof operable wall. High-end finishes such as textured plaster walls, wood paneling, Dekton stone millwork, and unique lighting fixtures elevated the space, while mechanical upgrades improved efficiency. Despite tight timelines and supply challenges, VPAC successfully met the client’s strict handover date, delivering a high-quality office tailored to Ansys’ needs.
