This four-storey community received a complete interior renovation delivered across five carefully planned phases. Scope included all common and amenity areas, corridors, exit stairwells, and elevators. Spaces renovated included the dining room, theatre, fitness room, café, bar, lounge, washrooms, and library. Upgrades included flooring, millwork, lighting, plumbing fixtures, drywall, electrical improvements, floor levelling, paint, wallpaper, railings, and doors.
