Bayview Seniors Community is a four-storey concrete and metal building with 82 assisted living and memory care units for seniors, space for United Church on the first floor, and one storey of underground parking. The church features flexible programming space with room for over 200 people, service areas, offices, and a boardroom. The three storeys of seniors' living space feature 82 studio rooms, a commercial kitchen, nurse stations, a laundry room, a hair salon, a games lounge, and a fitness room. The building also boasts a large courtyard in the middle with additional recreational spaces.
