Nexii Building Solutions

Nexii Building Solutions Inc. is the designer and manufacturer of green building technology, using non-toxic materials and optimized processes to provide an environmentally-friendly alternative to traditional building methods and materials. Their cost-efficient, low-carbon approach to construction has set a new standard in their field, and provides an ultra-sustainable solution to the growing challenges of urbanization, climate change, and healthy housing for all. VPAC has partnered with Nexii on multiple projects, including retrofitting an existing Squamish warehouse to house their production assembly line operations. With the end result spanning 92,000 square feet, the work for this project included construction of a batch plant, overhead structures, and mechanical/electrical systems. Most recently, we collaborated with Nexii to create a prototype charging station for their electric vehicle fleet.
