Situated in downtown Vancouver’s Guinness Tower, the Purves Redmond Limited office expansion project by VPAC involved extending into two adjacent suites, expanding the workspace to 3,000 sq. ft. To accommodate a growing workforce, VPAC removed demising walls, tenant entrances, and constructed a new standard entrance. The project included demolition of existing partitions, doors, glazing, finishes, millwork, and ceiling systems, followed by the installation of new partitions, wall and door systems, sink and millwork, finishes, ceiling grid and tiles, lighting, as well as power and data infrastructure. Additionally, employee lockers were installed.
