Located in the heritage Marine Building in Downtown Vancouver, the Real Estate Foundation of British Columbia (REFBC) is a philanthropic organization working to advance sustainable land use and real estate practices in British Columbia, Canada. This tenant improvement project involved building a new boardroom, office space, quiet sitting areas, a telephone room a kitchenette. The buildout included, new installation of millwork throughout the office; as well as, modifying and updating existing mechanical, electrical and sprinkler systems.
