Cooledge Lighting is a global lighting leader, fusing LED lighting with architecture to care unique luminous surfaces. The company provides proprietary lighting technologies that seamlessly integrate into all forms of the built environment. The company’s luminous surface capabilities have been deployed in a wide range of retail, office, hospitality, and themed venues. VPAC was engaged to produce a complete design-build manufacturing and office space for Cooledge Lighting. VPAC assembled a consultant team to produce a completed new space, which had been previously tenanted by Microsoft. The new space includes an open-concept office with workstations, small collaborative meeting rooms, offices, a kitchen/lounge area, and additional breakout areas. The manufacturing portion of the space includes areas for production, warehouse storage, and shipping.
